This Notice explains how Corvantaqm Editorial S. de R.L. de C.V. (“Corvantaqm”, “we”) collects and handles personal data when you visit corvantaqm.com. It follows Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its 2024 regulatory update.

2. What data we collect
We only process the data you voluntarily give us in the contact form: name, email and the content of your message. We do not request ID documents, physical address or financial information.
3. How we use it
The data is used only to reply to your message, follow up editorially when appropriate and keep an internal record of the exchange. It is not used to build automated profiles or take decisions with legal effects on you.
4. Technical data and cookies
Corvantaqm uses Google Consent Mode v2. On your first visit, consent for analytics and advertising is denied by default. Google Ads and measurement cookies only activate if you accept. Full details live in the Cookie Policy.
5. Who we share information with
We do not sell personal data. We may share it with infrastructure providers (email, hosting) under contractual confidentiality, or with authorities when a valid order requires us to.
6. Retention
Contact messages are kept for a maximum of twenty-four months, unless a tax or legal duty requires a longer period. At expiry the data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your ARCO rights
You may exercise the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition, and revoke consent, by writing from the same email you used to contact us. We reply within 20 business days.
8. Changes
If we update this Notice we will publish the current version on this same page with the change date. We recommend regular readers check it from time to time.
